MNC Analytics is an advanced analytics and engineering consultancy based in Madrid, Spain. For anything related to this notice, write to hq@mncanalytics.com.

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser identification, time) for security and fault investigation, retained for 30 days.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, organisation, email address, area of interest and description you enter. The form is sent by email to hq@mncanalytics.com through our email delivery provider, SMTP2GO, whose servers for our account are located in the European Union.

We use enquiry details only to respond to you and, if the conversation continues, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us, and the steps needed before entering a contract. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing or request its portability. Write to hq@mncanalytics.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
