Discover and define
We work with stakeholders to understand the operating context, establish a baseline and define the decisions the solution must support. We assess available information, identify constraints and agree how success will be evaluated.

Assess and design
We compare viable approaches and investigate the key uncertainties. We define the architecture, measurement strategy, analytical methods and validation plan, together with the resources and dependencies required for delivery.

Develop and verify
We build the agreed models, hardware, software and interfaces. We test individual components and their integration, documenting assumptions, configurations and design decisions as the solution develops.

Pilot and validate
We evaluate performance using representative data and operating conditions. We assess technical results alongside usability, reliability and relevance to the intended decision, then address the issues that matter before wider deployment.

Deploy and transfer
We support implementation, commissioning, acceptance and training. We establish operating procedures and transfer the agreed documentation and technical knowledge to the people responsible for continued use.

Monitor and improve
We review performance, investigate deterioration and identify justified improvements. Updates are tested and introduced through a controlled process so that the solution can evolve with the organisation.
